Top 10 Envision 203 Announcement on October 16

Dubuque’s Envision 2030 Project will be drawing to a close with the announcement of the top ten ideas that have filtered down through several public meetings, surveys, gatherings, and discussions. From 5 - 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Dubuque Area Community Foundation will gather at the Dupaco Voices Warehouse in the Millwork District, 1000 Jackson Street, at the temporary home of the Dubuque Museum of Art.
